Another Crab's Treasure
Another Crab's Treasure (2024) is a 3D soulslike by Aggro Crab with heavy 3D platformer elements and an uncharacteristically bright aesthetic. Stats are simplified from other soulslikes, and in lieu of weapon variety, the game leans heavily on its shell system, customizable defense that comes with its own spell! The speedtech for this game, even in higher restricted runs, leads to protagonist Kril rolling around at the speed of sound, and as glitches get added in he can also do this straight through walls or while floating in midair.
Game-Specific Glossary
- CAL: Charge Attack Launch -- primary speedtech in almost every run; interrupting Kril's heavy/charge attack with a jump to get a burst of forward momentum. Also called a BLJ, or Buoyant Lunge Jump, by the most invested in BLJposting.
- Cammy: Camtscha, the Bleached King. So nicknamed because remembering where the consonants go in Camtscha is a nightmare.
- Uppies: The infinite height glitch, where you can trick the game into thinking Kril is always on the ground and so jump forever.
